Removal

2ZR-FXE COOLING: WATER PUMP: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Removal

3. REMOVE INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Removal

4. DRAIN COOLANT (for Engine) Service and Repair

5. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector from the engine water pump assembly.

(b) Remove the 5 bolts and engine water pump assembly from the timing chain cover.





(c) Remove the gasket from the engine water pump assembly.
