Audio and Visual System (W/O Navigation System)





AUDIO / VISUAL: AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM (w/o Navigation System): TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the R3 receiver connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.





* If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the R3 receiver connector.

(d) Measure the voltage of the connector.

* If the result is not as specified, the radio receiver may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY





(a) Disconnect the S22 and S23 amplifier connectors.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the connectors.





* If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

(c) Reconnect the S22 and S23 amplifier connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.





* If the result is not as specified, the radio receiver may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR





(a) Disconnect the switch connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.





* If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK AUDIO DOOR CONTROL SWITCH





(a) Disconnect the A25 switch connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.





* If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

(c) Reconnect the A25 switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage of the switch connector.





* If the result is not as specified, the switch may have a malfunction.

5. CHECK GATEWAY ECU





(a) Disconnect the G3 ECU connector.

(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.





* If the result is not as specified, the wire harness side may have a malfunction.

(c) Reconnect the G3 switch connector.

(d) Measure the voltage of the ECU connector.





* If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
