Steering Angle Sensor: Testing and Inspection

BRAKE CONTROL: STEERING ANGLE SENSOR: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT STEERING SENSOR

(a) Inspect the steering sensor. If any of the following occurs, replace the steering sensor with a new one :

* The surface of the steering sensor is cracked, dented, or chipped off.

* The connector or wire harness is scratched, cracked, or damaged

* The steering sensor has been dropped.
