Installation








SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the seat belt with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)for upper bolt
Torque: 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)for lower bolt





(b) Install the floor anchor with the bolt.
Torque: 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
NOTE:
Make sure that the anchor part does not run onto the protruding part.

(c) With the belt installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
NOTE:
The check should be performed with the outer belt installed.
If the operation is not as specified, replace the belt.





2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT
(a) Install the luggage compartment trim cover with the 12 clips.
(b) Install the tonneau cover with the 2 nuts.
(c) Attach the 2 caps.





3. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK BOARD
(a) Install the seatback board with the 2 clips.
(b) Install the bolt.

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE Installation
7. INSTALL WIND DEFLECTOR BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER Installation
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation
10. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
