1UR-FSE STARTING: STARTER (for AWD): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Remove the exhaust manifold RH Removal.
2. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET RH Removal
3. REMOVE NO. 3 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR





(a) Remove the 3 bolts and heat insulator.
4. REMOVE STARTER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the starter.





(b) Open the terminal cap.
(c) Remove the 2 nut and disconnect the starter wire.
(d) Disconnect the starter connector and remove the starter.





(e) Remove the flywheel housing side cover.
