AVC-LAN Circuit

DESCRIPTION

The clock receives light control switch position information and GPS information via the AVC-LAN.
When a short to +B or short to ground occurs in this AVC-LAN, the clock system will not function normally as communication is discontinued.

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLOCK - MULTI-DISPLAY)




(a) Disconnect the L38 clock connector.
(b) Disconnect the L60 display connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
