Reverse Signal Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The navigation ECU receives a reverse signal from the luggage room junction block ECU LH and information about the navigation antenna, and then adjusts vehicle position.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK BACK-UP LIGHT
(a) Move the shift lever to the R position.
(b) Check the back-up light.
OK:
The back-up light ON.
NG -- GO TO LIGHTING SYSTEM
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK VEHICLE SIGNAL (DISPLAY CHECK MODE)
(a) Enter the "Display Check" mode (Vehicle Signal Check Mode) Display Check Mode.
(b) Check that the display changes between ON and OFF according to the shift lever operation (P and R).
OK:
HINT: This display is updated once per seconds. As a result, it is normal for the display to lag behind the actual change in the switch.
NG -- CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ECU
OK -- REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU
3. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ECU
(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
NG -- REPLACE LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ECU
OK -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY - LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK ECU AND NAVIGATION ECU)
(a) Disconnect the L59 and L64 display connectors.
(b) Disconnect the S63 and L65 ECU connectors.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
5. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY
(a) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard voltage:
NG -- REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY
OK -- REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU
