AUDIO / VISUAL: VIDEO TERMINAL (for Ottoman): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CONSOLE ARMREST BASE Disassembly





4. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET
(a) Detach the claw and remove the power outlet socket.
HINT: Open the cover.





5. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER
(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover.





6. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER COVER (W/ Cigarette Lighter)
(a) Remove the cover.
7. REMOVE REAR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY (W/ Cigarette Lighter)
(a) Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element.





(b) Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the cigarette lighter socket and retainer.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.





8. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER BEZEL STAY REAR (W/ Cigarette Lighter)
(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the bezel stay.
