Removal








SUSPENSION: REAR STABILIZER BAR: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. REMOVE NO. 2 DIFFERENTIAL SUPPORT PROTECTOR Removal
3. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the nut (A), and separate the rear stabilizer link assembly LH from the rear stabilizer bar.
NOTE:
Be sure to hold the stud bolt using a hexagon wrench 6 mm in order to prevent the bolt from turning.

(b) Remove the bolt, nut (B), and the stabilizer link assembly LH.
4. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

5. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Integrated Stabilizer Bracket Type)





(a) Remove the 4 bolts and the rear stabilizer bar sub-assembly.
HINT:
The stabilizer bracket and bushing are built onto the stabilizer bar. If the bracket and/or bushing detach from the bar, replace the bar.

6. REMOVE REAR STABILIZER BAR (for Separate Stabilizer Bracket Type)





(a) Remove the 4 bolts, 2 stabilizer brackets, 2 rear stabilizer bushings, and rear stabilizer bar.
