PRE-COLLISION: PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM: B2060: ABS Malfunction

DTC B2060 - ABS Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a malfunction in the brake system is detected. This circuit consists of the skid control ECU and seat belt control ECU. Signals are sent from the skid control ECU through the CAN line.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTE:
When the seat belt control ECU is replaced with a new one, Active Test must be performed. Pre-Collision System

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK DTC (CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)
(a) Delete the DTC Pre-Collision System.
(b) Recheck that the U0122 is not output.
OK:
DTC U0122 is not output.
NG -- GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK DTC (BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM)
(a) Delete the DTC Electronically Controlled Brake System.
(b) Recheck that the DTC is not output.
OK:
DTC is not output.
NG -- GO TO BRAKE CONTROL SYSTEM
OK -- Continue to next step.

3. CHECK DTC (PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM)
(a) Delete the DTC Pre-Collision System.
(b) Recheck that the B2060 is not output.
OK:
DTC B2060 is not output.
NG -- REPLACE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU
OK -- USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK
