1UR-FSE COOLING: THERMOSTAT: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH THERMOSTAT
(a) Install a new gasket and the water inlet with thermostat with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)






2. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
HINT: The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the radiator reservoir with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)






(b) Connect the 2 reservoir hoses.
HINT: The direction of the hose clamp is indicated in the illustration.

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

5. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK Component Tests and General Diagnostics

7. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Installation

8. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER Installation

9. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER Service and Repair
