DTC U0145 Lost Communication With Body Control Module "E"

DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

- When the seat belt control ECU is communicating to the network gateway ECU, it uses the CAN line when communicating to the gateway ECU. When the seat belt control ECU is communicating to the airbag sensor assembly center, it uses the BEAN line between the gateway ECU and airbag sensor assembly center.
- The seat belt control ECU receives the given: 1) driver and front passenger seat belt buckle switch status and malfunction information from the airbag sensor assembly center, and 2) vehicle type information from the network gateway ECU.
- This DTC is output when information from the BEAN line is blocked. There is a possibility that a malfunction has occurred in the airbag sensor assembly center or network gateway ECU because, in this case, they are the only components that communicate through the BEAN.
