DTC B2063 Buckle Switch Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

- This circuit consists of the front seat inner belt assembly RH, LH airbag sensor assembly center and seat belt control ECU.
- When the driver side (front passenger side) seat belt is fastened to the front seat inner belt assembly RH detects malfunctions in the circuit and sends information to the airbag sensor assembly center.
- The airbag sensor assembly center sends information about the seat belt fastened/unfastened condition and circuit malfunctions through CAN or BEAN communication to the seat belt control ECU.
- The seat belt control ECU uses information from the airbag sensor assembly center to control the precollision safety system.

HINT: Use the same troubleshooting procedures for the front seat inner belt assembly RH and LH.
