DTC B2610 TILT POSITION SENSOR OR TILT MOTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detection Condition:

The tilt motor is powered by voltage supplied from the multiplex tilt & telescopic ECU, and makes the steering column tilt upward and downward.The tilt position sensor (Hall IC) in the multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU detects the tilt of the steering column and outputs a signal to the CPU.

HINT: Limit positions can be confirmed on the screen of the hand- held tester.
