DTC B2527 ROOF OPEN SWITCH MALFUNCTION

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

Located at the locking position of the roof lock (Package tray bracket) when the roof panel is fully open. Detecting if the roof panel is fully open or not.

Turned ON when the roof is fully closed and turned OFF when it is fully open.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT: Continuously repeating the roof open/close operation may stop the motor operation due to a function of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor, however, it is not an actual failure.
