DTC B2504 OPEN IN ROOF DRIVE MOTOR LH CIRCUIT

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

DTC Detecting Condition:

With the roof control switch being pressed, the sliding roof control ECU operates the roof panel, luggage door and package tray in the specified order.
The ECU operates the roof panel, adjusting the speed of the 2 motors positioned on the left and right sides.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

HINT: Continuously repeating the roof open/close operation may stop the motor operation due to a function of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor, however, it is not an actual failure.
