CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This is the power source for the ECU, hence the CPU, and the actuators.

FAIL SAFE FUNCTION
If trouble occurs in the power source circuit, the ECU cuts off current to the ABS solenoid relay and prohibits ABS control.
