SRS Warning Light Check

When ignition is turned on, diagnosis circuit lights SRS warning lamp for about six seconds while running primary check of every part of system. If everything checks out, the circuit turns the lamp off. The diagnosis circuit continues to check system functions during operation. If anything is amiss, the circuit turns the SRS warning lamp on and memorizes the problem as a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
