DTC 63 - Short in PL Squib Circuit (Between PL+ Wire Harness and PL- Wire Harness)
The PL squib circuit consists of the center airbag sensor assembly seat belt pretensioner check connector and seat belt pretensioner LH (squib). It causes the seat belt pretensioner to deploy when the SRS deployment conditions are satisfied.
Diagnostic trouble code 63 is recorded when a short is detected in the PL+ wire harness and PL wire harness of the squib circuit.
