Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

Refer to the procedure for Remove Air Conditioning Unit Assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

3. REMOVE NO. 5 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made) Disassembly

5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made) Disassembly

6. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE (for TMMC Made) Disassembly

7. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the blower assembly.

8. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made)

(a) Remove the blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly with the 6 screws.





9. REMOVE COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMMC Made) Disassembly

10. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR (for TMMC Made) Removal
