Disassembly

BRAKE SYSTEM (OTHER): BRAKE PEDAL: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD

(a) Remove the brake pedal pad from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)

(a) Disengage the 2 clamps.





(b) Remove the bolt, nut and brake pedal sub-assembly from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.





3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the brake pedal shaft collar from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the 2 brake pedal bushings from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

5. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Remove the stop light switch cushion from the brake pedal sub-assembly.
