Removal
1 Remove and discard the RH halfshaft seal. For additional information, refer to Front Halfshaft RH - Vehicles Without: High Performance Brakes Front Halfshaft RH [Vehicles Without: High Performance Brakes]
2 Remove and discard the RH halfshaft seal. For additional information, refer to Front Halfshaft RH - Vehicles With: High Performance Brakes Front Halfshaft RH [Vehicles With: High Performance Brakes]




3 Remove the halfshaft support bearing housing.
- Remove the 4 bolts.
- Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the halfshaft bearing.

Installation





1 Using the special tool install the halfshaft bearing.
- Lubricate the halfshaft bearing with clean differential oil.
2 Install the halfshaft support bearing housing.
- Install a new O-ring seal.
- Tighten the 4 bolts to 22 Nm (16 lb.ft).
