I8 Check For Short To B+

I8 CHECK FOR SHORT TO B+





1. Disconnect the harness connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. With EM007 disconnected, measure the voltage between EM007/015 and EM007/044.
4. Repeat for EM007/016 and EM007/044.
5. EM007/014 and EM007/02.
6. EM007/042 and EM007/023.
- 0 V?
Yes --> GO to [I9] I9 Check Harness Short To Screen
No --> Inspect EM007 and EM046 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness. Test the system for normal operation.
