G5 Check For Short To B+

G5 CHECK FOR SHORT TO B+





1. Disconnect the harness connector.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. With EM007 disconnected, measure the voltage between EM007/015 and EM007/044.
4. Repeat for EM007/016 and EM007/044.
- 0 V?
Yes --> GO to [G6] G6 Check Harness Short To Screen
No --> Inspect EM007 and EM046 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate and repair the harness Test the system for normal operation.
