Major Gauge Module

Removal
1. Turn ignition key to position 'II', adjust steering column to lowest and fully extended position and turn ignition key to '0'.
2. Remove battery cover and disconnect ground cable from battery terminal.
3. Remove driver airbag. Procedures
4. Remove steering wheel.
5. Remove driver side underscuttle.





6. Accessing through underscuttle aperture, disconnect gauge module harness connectors.
7. Using a thin plastic lever, remove major gauge module veneer panel.





8. Remove gauge module screws and withdraw module from facia.


Installation
1. Position and fully seat gauge module in facia.
2. Install gauge module screws.
3. Connect gauge module harness connectors.
4. Install veneer panel, ensuring dowels are fully seated.
5. Install steering wheel.
6. Install driver side underscuttle.
7. Connect ground cable to battery terminal and install battery cover.
8. Turn ignition key to position 'II', return steering column to original position and turn ignition key to '0'.
