G5: Check Harness Signal Continuity

With EM047 & EM010 disconnected, measure the resistance between EM010/015 & EM047/00K.

Is the resistance < 0.5 ohms?

Yes
Go to G6 G6: Check Harness Signal Continuity

No
Inspect EM047 & EM010 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness & test the system for normal operation.
