F2: Check Harness Short To Ground

With EM010, EM011 and FC014 (BPM) disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM011/006 and EM010/023

- Is the resistance > 10 Mohms?
Yes
GO to F3 F3: Check Harness Ground Continuity
No
Inspect EM011 and FC0154 for corrosion, bent / pushed back pins or locate and repair harness / connector EM001 / splice EMS38. Test the system for normal operation.
