With EM010, EM011, PI006 & PI042 disconnected, measure the insulation resistance between EM011/014 & in turn:

EM010/021
EM011/008
EM011/010
EM011/011
EM011/012
EM011/013
EM011/015
EM011/016

All resistances > 10 M ohms?

Yes
Go to C11 C11: Check Harness Core to Core Insulation

No
Inspect EM010, EM011, PI006 & PI042 for corrosion, bent/pushed back pins or locate & repair the harness/connector PI001. Test the system for normal operation.
