ICC System Does Not Cancel When A/T Selector Lever Sets On "N"
ICC SYSTEM DOES NOT CANCEL WHEN A/T SELECTOR LEVER SETS ON "N"
Description
The ICC system is not canceled even when the A/T selector lever is shifted to the N position while the ICC
system is active.
Diagnosis Procedure
1. CHECK D RANGE SWITCH
Check if "D RANGE SW" operates normally in "DATA MONITOR" of "ICC/ADAS" with CONSULT.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 6.
NO- GO TO 2.
2. PERFORM ALL SELF-DIAGNOSIS ITEMS
1.Perform "All DTC Reading".
2.Check if the "U1000" is detected in "self-diagnosis results" of "ICC/ADAS".
Is "U1000" detected?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- GO TO 4.
3. CAN COMMUNICATIONS INSPECTION
Check the CAN communication and repair or replace malfunctioning parts. Refer to "DTC Logic" Cruise Control.
- INSPECTION END
4. CHECK POSITION SWITCH
Check if "SLCT LVR POSI" operates normally in "DATA MONITOR" of "TRANSMISSION".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 6.
NO- GO TO 5.
5. PERFORM TCM SELF-DIAGNOSIS
1.Perform the "Self Diagnostic Result" of "TRANSMISSION".
2.Repair or replace malfunctioning parts. Refer to "DTC Index" Testing and Inspection.
- GO TO 7.
6. REPLACE ICC SENSOR INTEGRATED UNIT
1.Replace the ICC sensor integrated unit. Refer to "Exploded View" Exploded View.
2.Perform the laser beam aiming. Refer to "LASER BEAM AIMING ADJUSTMENT : Description" Description.
- GO TO 7.
7. CHECK ICC SYSTEM
1.Erase the self-diagnosis results, and then perform "All DTC Reading" again after performing the action test. (Refer to "ACTION TEST : Description" Description for action test.)
2.Check that the ICC system is normal.
- INSPECTION END
