Tilt and Telescopic Switch Ground Circuit

TILT &TELESCOPIC SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT

Diagnosis Procedure


1. CHECK POWER TILT & TELESCOPIC SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT

1.Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.Disconnect power tilt & telescopic switch connector.
3.Check continuity between power seat switch connector and ground.





Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 2.
NO- Repair or replace harness.

2. CHECK POWER TILT & TELESCOPIC SWITCH INTERNAL CIRCUIT

Check tilt switch.
Refer to "Component Inspection" Tilt Switch.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES- GO TO 3.
NO- Replace tilt & telescopic switch. Refer to "Removal and Installation" Removal and Installation.

3. CHECK INTERMITTENT INCIDENT

Refer to "Intermittent Incident" Intermittent Incident.
