Radiator Connecting Pipe Replacement

1. Drain the engine coolant Service and Repair.

2. Remove the intake manifold.

3. Disconnect the heater hose (A) and the water bypass hose (B), then remove the connecting pipe mounting bolts (C), then remove the connecting pipe (D).





4. Install the connecting pipe with new O-ring (E).

5. Install the other parts in the reverse order of the removal.

6. Install the intake manifold.

7. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system Service and Repair.

8. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
