Seat Cushion - Front, Massage

Removal

1. Remove the seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front Seat - Front.

2. From the front of the seat, detach the wire harness retainer and disconnect the seat control switch electrical connectors.





3. NOTE: Note hose routing for correct installation.

Detach the carpet flap toe-kick retainers from under the seat.





4. Remove the cushion side shield.

1. Remove the screw at the back.

2. Remove the scrivet at the back.

3. Remove the screw at the front.

4. Pull out at the side to release the 3 clip retainers.

5. Slide down, separate the hook and remove the cushion side shield.

6. Disconnect the memory SET switch electrical connector (if equipped).





5. Separate the hoses.
- Push the 4 release buttons in and disconnect the 4 hoses.

- Detach the hose retainer.





6. Detach the cushion cover J-clips at the front and outboard sides.

7. Position the cushion foam pad away and detach the cushion massage pin-type retainers.





8. Route the cushion massage assembly hoses through the cushion support wires and remove the assembly.





Installation

1. Position the cushion massage hoses through the cushion support wires.

2. Install the cushion massage pin-type retainers.

3. Attach the cushion cover J-clips at the front and on outboard sides.

4. Match the color-coded hoses to each other and connect together.
- Attach the hose retainer.

5. Attach the carpet flap toe-kick retainers under the seat.

6. Install the cushion side shield in the following sequence.

1. Return all retaining clips back to the cushion side shield before installing the shield.

2. Connect the memory SET switch electrical connector (if equipped).

3. Attach the hook retainer behind the cushion frame.

4. Align and attach the 3 clip retainers.

5. Install the screw at the front.

6. Install the screw at the back.

7. Install the scrivet at the back.

7. From the front of the seat, connect the seat control switch electrical connectors and attach the wire harness retainer.

8. Install the seat. For additional information, refer to Seat - Front Seat - Front.
