Removal and Installation

1. Remove the Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM). For additional information, refer to Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM).

2. Remove the 6 screws (3 each side) from the LH and RH floor console rear side trim panels.





3. NOTE: Release the 2 clips at the rear of the LH and RH floor console side trim panels in order to remove the floor console rear trim panels.

Disengage the clips and remove the LH and RH floor console rear side trim panels.





4. Release the 2 rear clips and remove the stowage bin by rotating the rear edge upwards, then lifting the entire bin.
- Disconnect the audio input jack electrical connector.

- Disconnect the power point electrical connector.

- Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable and port.





5. If equipped, remove the 6 screws and the floor console air duct.





6. Remove the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable and port.

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
