Normal Operation
The instrument cluster receives the speed control status from the speed control servo through circuit 203 (OG/LB). When the speed control is activated the lamp illuminates.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 203 (OG/LB) open or short to ground
- Speed control actuator
- Instrument cluster
