Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) provides a ground circuit for the battery saver relay when the ignition switch is in the START/RUN position. The battery saver relay provides power to circuit 705 (LG/OG). Circuit 705 (LG/OG) provides power to each demand lamp switch, which when activated provide power to the selected demand lamp. The demand lamps are grounded through circuit 57 (BK). The luggage compartment lamp operates independently of the demand lights, and is not tied to the battery saver relay output. The SJB fuse 30 (10A) provides power to circuit 543 (DG). Circuit 543 (DG) provides power to the luggage compartment lamp.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 55 (BK/PK) open
- Circuit 543 (DG) open
- Circuit 705 (LG/OG) open
- Lamp assembly
- SJB
