A17 - Check PWR GND to ICM - PWR GND Fault

^ Key off.

^ DVOM on 200 ohm scale.

^ Measure resistance between J27 (PWR GND) and J7 (B-) at breakout box.

^ Is resistance less than 5.0 ohms?

YES -- Replace ICM. IGN GND open. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.

NO -- Check connectors, service or replace harness. Power ground to ICM is open. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
