- Key "OFF."

- Install the EEC IV 60-Pin Breakout Box.

- Measure the resistance between breakout box pins 11 and 23.

Is the resistance less than 100k ohms in either circuit?

> Yes
Repair circuit 521 (T/O) or circuit 522 (T/BK). E9

> No
