Description
Communication with scan tool is not possible. (Communication with all systems is not possible)

Probable Cause
The cause is probably in the power supply system (including ground circuit) of the diagnostic line.
- Malfunction of connectors
- Malfunction of harness

Testing - Corrective Action
Refer to Pwertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing and Inspection for further testing.
