Side Marker Lamp - Installation

1. Position the rear side marker lamp (1) close enough to the mounting hole in the rear fascia (2) to access and reinstall the lamp bulb and socket.
2. Align the socket and bulb with the keyed opening on the back of the rear side marker lamp lens and housing unit.
3. Insert the socket and bulb into the housing until the socket is firmly seated.
4. Rotate the socket clockwise about 30 degrees to lock it into place.
5. Engage the integral retaining tab on the rearward edge of the marker lamp housing behind the rear edge of the mounting hole in the fascia.
6. Using hand pressure, press the forward edge of the marker lamp lens firmly and evenly into the front of the mounting hole far enough to engage the integral spring clip on the back of the lamp housing with the front of the mounting hole.
7. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
