Exhaust Manifold - Installation

NOTE: When installing exhaust manifold bolts, apply Mopar(R) Lock and Seal to bolts 5,6,7,8.

1. Install a new exhaust manifold gasketDO NOT APPLY SEALER.
2. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts to 34 Nm (25 ft. lbs.).
3. Install turbocharger Turbocharger - Installation.




4. Connect negative cable at battery (3).




5. Install air inlet duct (2).
