SYMPTOM
P-0325 KNOCK SENSOR CIRCUIT

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key on and the engine running.

SET CONDITION
The knock sensor ckt volt falls below a minimum value at idle or deceleration. Minimum value is a look-up table internal to the PCM and based on engine RPM. The trouble code also sets if the sensor output is above 5 volts.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Knock sensor defective
- Knock sensor ground circuit open
- Knock sensor signal circuit shorted to ground
- Knock sensor signal circuit open
- Knock sensor signal circuit shorted to voltage
