Headliner - Installation

INSTALLATION






NOTE: In the event the headliner is damaged or creased during removal, it will need to be replaced with a new headliner.

CAUTION: Cover the floor of vehicle with a dirt free protective sheet of paper or plastic to prevent dirt from soiling headliner.

CAUTION: Use clean gloves or ensure hands are clean before removing.

1. With the help of an assistant, guide headliner rearward through passenger door fabric side facing driver door while minimizing contact to the door opening.
2. Through glove box opening, install terminals into headliner connector (1).





3. Connect headliner connector along A-pillar to connector.





4. Slowly raise headliner (2).





5. If equipped with sunroof, ensure headliner (2) seats to sunroof opening (1).
6. Install rear push pins (3).





7. If equipped, connect sunroof connector (2) if equipped.
8. Install sun visor supports,Visor - Installation.
9. Install sun visors, Visor - Installation.
10. Install front and rear assist handles and coat hooks if equipped.
11. Install dome lamp.
12. Install glove box, Instrument Panel Glove Box - Installation.
13. Install reading lamp,Reading Lamp - Installation.
14. Install center console, Shifter Housing - Installation.
15. Install A-pillar trim, A-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
16. Install B-pillar trim,B-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
17. Install C-pillar trim,C-Pillar Trim Panel - Installation.
18. Install door sill trim panel, Scuff Plate - Installation.
19. Install front driver/passenger seat and rear cushion, Seat - Installation and Seat Cushion Cover - Installation.
