Headliner - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. If installing DVD video screen bracket:
a. Install U-nuts into roof bows.
b. Place bracket into position.
c. Install attaching screws, washers and push pins.




2. Place headliner into vehicle through liftgate opening.
3. Raise headliner into position.
4. Engage push pins that attach headliner to roof panel.
5. Disconnect rear view mirror wire connector from mirror.




6. Connect wire harness connector and wire clips at the right A-pillar.




7. Connect wire harness connectors at the left A-pillar.
8. If sunroof equipped, finesse trim lace around sunroof headliner opening using Trim Stick C-4755.
9. Install overhead DVD video screen, if equipped. Installation.
10. Install overhead console, if equipped. Overhead Console - Installation.
11. If necessary, install C-pillar upper trim. C-Pillar Trim Panel-Removal
12. Install D-pillar trim. Installation.
13. Install liftgate header trim. Installation.
14. Install B-pillar upper trim. B-Pillar Trim.
15. Install A-pillar trim. A-Pillar Trim Panel-Installation.
16. Install second row dome lamp and coat hook attaching screws, if equipped.
17. Install assist handles and attaching screws, if equipped.
18. Install sun visor center supports.
19. Install sun visors and vanity mirrors.
20. Connect negative battery cable.
