Front Fascia - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position upper (1) and lower (2) fascia on a clean surface so that locking tabs (3) align with the slots.
2. Press the fascia together to lock locking tabs into position.
3. Install grille to fascia. Grille - Installation.




4. Place front fascia into position on vehicle.
5. Install push pins (2) and fasteners (1) attaching the fascia panel (6) to upper crossmember.
6. Raise vehicle and support with safety stands, as necessary.
7. Connect fog lamp wire connectors, if necessary.Fog Lamp - Installation
8. Install fasteners (4) attaching fascia to the front fenders on each side.
9. Install front wheelhouse splash shields fasteners and push pins as necessary Accessory Drive Splash Shield - Installation Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield - Installation.
10. Install the five push pins (3) attaching bottom of fascia/air dam to radiator closure panel. Push pins are reusable.
11. Lower vehicle.




12. Connect right and left headlamp connectors.
13. Install headlamp fasteners.




14. Place closure panel beneath fascia holes (3) and grille holes (2).
15. Install push pins (1) and fasteners to outside fascia holes.
16. Install fasteners to grille holes (2).
17. Close hood.
