TEST NOTE
All symptoms listed above are diagnosed using the same tests. The title for the tests will be BUS +/- SIGNAL OPEN FROM SKIM.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- PCI bus open circuit to SKIM
- SKIM fused B(+) open
- SKIM fused ignition switch output circuit open
- SKIM ground circuit open - SKIM response failure
