131A Intermittent Trouble Code(s)

NOTE: Perform TEST 116A Before Proceeding.

1. Wiggle the wiring harness and connectors of the airbag system, rotate the steering wheel from stop to stop.
- Check for trouble codes as you work through the system.
- Refer to component locations and connector pinouts.
2. If a stored trouble code becomes active, perform TEST 116A.
3. If a stored trouble code is reproducible:
- Repair or replace the wiring harness
- Repair or replace the harness connectors or terminals
- Replace the component as necessary
