DR-18A Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor

This test must be performed with engine warm.

1. With diagnostic read-out tool connected to engine harness connector, start engine.
2. Place system in Engine Running Test Mode 64. Multiply reading on display by ten for actual reading.
3. If reading shows between 180°---250°F, proceed to Test 18 step B. DR-18B Throttle Position Sensor
4. If reading is not between 180°---250°F, replace coolant sensor.
