Compressor/Pump: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect battery negative cable and raise vehicle.

Compressor Assembly:

2. Remove compressor cover and electrical connectors from compressor.
3. Remove air line from compressor. Service and Repair
4. Remove compressor mounting bracket screws, then lower assembly from vehicle.
5. Remove mounting bracket screws, then mounting bracket from compressor.
6. Reverse procedures to install, torquing all screws to 70 lb-in.
7. Check system for proper operation.
