Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement Service and Repair.

2. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement.





3. Loosen the air intake duct to turbo clamp.

4. Remove the intake air duct.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the intake air duct.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Tighten the intake air duct to turbo clamp to 8 Nm (71 lb in).

3. Install the charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement.

4. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement Service and Repair.
