Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).




2. Loosen the inlet pipe clamp (1).




3. Loosen the inlet pipe clamp (1) and remove the inlet pipe (2).

Installation Procedure





Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

1. Install the inlet pipe (1) and tighten the inlet pipe clamp (1) then tighten to 6 Nm(53 lb in)




2. Tighten the inlet pipe clamp (1) to 6 Nm(53 lb in)
3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (Service and Repair).
